Gifting Terms

- Gift coupons purchased at the GreenDimes website will be delivered electronically to the email address specified at the time of purchase. Gift coupon holders may apply the value of the gift coupons to future orders of products or services (only on the GreenDimes website) by entering the unique coupon codes where indicated in the online ordering process.
- Gift coupons are transferrable. GreenDimes does not monitor transfers, and is not responsible to the purchaser, recipient, or any subsequent transferee for lost or stolen coupon codes, or for transfers claimed to have been made in error.
- Gift coupons are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except to the extent required by law.
- Gift coupons do not expire. Any unused balance will be carried forward under the original coupon code.
- If a coupon holder's order exceeds the available gift coupon balance, the holder must pay the difference with a credit card to complete the order.
- The use of certain aspects of GreenDimes' products or services may require the user to pay fees to third parties (for example, the Direct Marketing Association charges a nominal fee for requests to exclude an address from its mailing lists). Gift coupons cannot be used to pay these third-party fees.
- GreenDimes may provide gift coupon purchasers with information about the redemption status of those coupons.
- GreenDimes reserves the right to cancel gift coupons for suspected fraudulent activity.
- Purchases made with gift coupons are subject to GreenDimes' standard Terms of Sale and to any then-current geographic or other restrictions on the availability of GreenDimes' products or services. GreenDimes reserves the right to change its Terms of Sale and/or these Gift Coupon Terms in its discretion at any time without notice. Wherever practical, however, GreenDimes will provide reasonable advance notice (via email to the original recipient email address) of any changes to these Gift Coupon Terms that would materially diminish the value or redeemability of an outstanding gift coupon.
